线性-树枝状表面活性剂的合成及加脂应用

摘要
利用月桂酰氯对聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM-OH)进行改性,合成了一种线性-树枝状聚合物(PAMAM-3),其PAMAM和月桂酰氯的摩尔比为1:3,使用FT-IR、~1H NMR、GPC、羟值测定和动态光散射(DLS)等手段研究了PAMAM-3的结构和粒径。结果表明,产物的接枝率为37.14%,乳液平均粒径为161.3 nm。PAMAM-3能够在较低浓度下降低水的表面张力,其表面张力为26.32 mN/m。将合成的PAMAM-3应用于皮革加脂工序中,使用FT-IR、XPS、SEM和TG等手段研究了PAMAM-3处理后的蓝湿革的结构、物理机械性能和热力学性能。研究证实,处理后的蓝湿革中PAMAM-3与胶原纤维之间有较强的物理化学作用,加脂后的皮革柔软性和增厚性有所提高。
The liner-dendritic polymer(PAMAM-3) has been synthesized successfully by the reaction of poly(amido) amine(PAMAM) and lauroyl chloride in N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF).The mole ratio of PAMAM and lauroyl chloride was 1:3.The structures and size of PAMAM-3 were characterized by FT-IR,~1H NMR,GPC,DLS and the value of hydroxyl.The result showed that the grafting rate was 37.14%and the average particle size of PAMAM-3 was 161.3 nm.The surface tension of water could decrease by the low concentration of the PAMAM-3,and the surface tension basically tended to 26.32 mN/m.The influence of the PAMAM-3 on the structure,thermal stability and mechanical properties of the wet blue leather with fatliquoring procession was investigated by FT-IR,XPS,SEM and TG The result indicated that the introduced PAMAM-3 was linked the collagen fibers by strong interaction and the thickening rate and flexibility of leather could improve.
