TA2/Q345B钛钢复合板微观组织与性能研究

摘要
采用真空复合+热轧技术制备了TA2/Q345B钛钢复合板并通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、万能拉伸试验机和弯曲试验机等对复合界面的微观组织和力学性能进行了检验分析。结果表明:经过真空复合组坯和轧制,复层TA2工业纯钛和基层Q345B低合金钢之间形成了冶金结合,整体良好,复合界面平整连续,但存在少量的未结合区域,其长度为2-8μm。基层Q345B组织主要由铁素体和珠光体组成,铁素体晶粒细小,珠光体呈条带状分布。复合界面的剪切强度均达到了235MPa以上,内弯和外弯性能检验合格,其它各项力学性能均满足国家钛钢复合板R1级标准。
TA2/Q345 B clad steel plate is produced by vacuum electric beam welding and hot rolling technology,the microstructures and mechanical properties of which is analyzed by universal tensile testing machine,optical microscopy(OM),scan electron microscopy(SEM) and energy spectrum analysis(EDS).The results shows that through the vacuum electric beam welding and hot rolling,metallurgy combine is formed between TA2 and Q345 B plate.The clad interface is uninterrupted and smooth,but the few clearances which are about 2-8μm longer existed in the interface.The microstructure of the Q345 B base metal is consisted of ferrite and pearlite.The ferrite grain size is fine,and the pearlite distributed as strip.The shear intensions of the interface are all higher than 235 MPa,and the results of external bend test and internal bend test are eligible.All the mechanical properties of the clad steel plate satisfied the titanium clad steel plate country standard.
