一种镍基高温合金保护气氛电渣重熔大锭冶金质量的研究

摘要
本文研究了保护气氛电渣炉重熔GH4033合金锭的冶金质量,并与普通电渣炉重熔GH4033合金锭的冶金质量进行对比。结果表明:采用氩气保护后,钢锭各部位成分均匀,钢锭头尾及横截面Al、Ti浓度差小,Al、Ti等易氧化元素烧损少,气体含量降低,并且解决了大锭型低倍点偏问题。
In this paper,protective atmosphere electroslag remelting furnace GH4033 alloy ingot metallurgy great quality,and with ESR GH4033 alloy ingot metallurgy large existing atmosphere quality comparison results showed that;a fully enclosed Ar gas protection,low and stable melting speed,set a reasonable fluctuation of water flow and slag resistance,strong ability to slag off the S system,large alloy remelting GH4033 alloy ingots each part element distribution,and the cross section of the ingot head and tail Al,Ti,it is important to solve the atmospheric ESR GH4033 alloy ingots can not solve the big low magnification point bias problem.
