糖皮质激素在急性分泌性中耳炎治疗中的作用分析

摘要
目的:研究在急性SOM治疗中糖皮质激素的疗效价值。方法:选择2014-01至2016-01期间本院收治的50例急性SOM患者进行分组研究,对照组给予头孢呋辛钠与1%的麻黄素液治疗,研究组在此基础上给予地塞米松治疗,观察患者经过治疗后观察记录患者鼓室积液、轻微耳痛、耳部闷塞感改善情况,并作电测定测试检查患者听力变化情况。结果:经过治疗后研究组患者有轻微耳痛、耳部闷塞感以及鼓室积液症状患者显著低于对照组,且临床疗效(92.31%)显著高于对照组(71.79%),差异显著,P<0.05。结论:在急性SOM治疗中应用糖皮质激素类药物进行治疗,疗效显著,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:to study the curative effect of corticosteroids in the treatment of acute SOM value.Methods:in our hospital during 2014-01 to2016-01 to group of 50 cases of patients with acute SOM research,the control group given cefuroxime sodium and 1%ephedrine solution treatment,the research on the basis of the given dexamethasone therapy,the observation records of patients after treatment were observed middle ear effusion,mild earache,ear stuffy feeling to improve the situation,and hearing its changes in patients with electric measurement test.Results:after treatment group patients with mild earache,ear stuffy plug and middle ear effusion patients was significantly lower than control group,symptoms and clinical curative effect(92.31%) is significantly higher than control group(71.79%),significant difference,P < 0.05).Conclusion:the application of glucocorticoid hormone drugs in the treatment of acute SOM treatment,curative effect is distinct,has higher application value.
