控冷制度对高强度船板钢中针状铁素体形核的影响

摘要
采用高温共聚焦显微镜和高温淬火相变仪分别研究了奥氏体晶粒尺寸和不同冷却速度对高强度船板钢中针状铁素体形核的影响。结果表明,随着保温时间的延长,高强度船板钢中奥氏体晶粒的平均尺寸增大,在1100℃保温600s时钢中的针状铁素体的数量最多。冷却速度控制在0.3℃/s~3℃/s时,钢中存在大量针状铁素体,其中冷却速度为1℃/s时,其数量尤多。
The influence of austenite sizes and different cooling rates on acicular ferrite nucleation in high strength ship plate steels was studied by Confocal Scanning laser microscope and high temperature phase transformation quenching instruments.The result shows that with the increase of holding time,the size of austenite in high strength ship plate steels increases.When the holding time is 600 s at 1100℃,the content of acicular ferrite is the largest.When the cooling rates are 0.3℃/s~3℃/s,there are many acicular ferrites.The cooling rate that obtain the highest content of acicular ferrite is 1 ℃/s.
