有毒污染物的高灵敏快速生物传感

摘要
环境内分泌干扰物问题已成为继温室效应、臭氧层破坏之后的第三大环境问题,严重威胁环境安全、危害公众健康和福祉。针对酚类、多氯联苯等有毒污染物快速筛查和应急检测的要求,本研究利用纳米和生物技术的最新成果,成功研制了高灵敏度、低检测限、可靠便携、具有长期的操作和存储稳定性的酶生物传感器,建立以生物传感器技术为核心的现场快速筛查环境有毒污染物的方法,实现传感器对酚类等环境激素类污染物的特异性快速筛查与高灵敏检测;构建基于核酸损伤和核酸配体(Aptamer)的核酸传感器,建立核酸传感器对基因毒性化合物的快速筛查方法和对有毒污染物的特异性检测方法,为建立起符合我国国情的环境有毒污染物一级筛查/二级检测检测技术体系提供支持。[1-7]
Environmental endocrine disruptors have become the third largest environmental problems,after the greenhouse effect and ozone depletion,which becomes a serious threat to environmental safety and public health.For rapid screening and emergency detection requirements of phenols,PCBs and other toxic pollutants,we successfully developed portable and reliable enzyme nanobiosensors with high sensitivity,low detection limits,long-term operation and storage stability.Besides,we constructed nucleic acid damage and Aptamer based biosensors for rapid screening of genotoxic compounds and for target-specific in-situ detection of toxic pollutants.
