超薄复合金刚石膜的研制

摘要
太赫兹行波管用微米金刚石输能窗片的厚度接近100μm甚至几十μm,带来了机械强度与气密性问题。我们设计并研制了一种100μm厚的超纳米和微米复合金刚石膜。测试结果表明,断裂强度和气密性明显优于微米金刚石膜。利用复合膜制成的两个180GHz输能窗的测试表明,在175-185GHz频率范围内,传输损耗分别为1.22 d B和1.71 d B,电压驻波比(VSWR)都小于或等于1.45。这种复合膜的研制提供了一种制备高机械强度、超薄的金刚石膜的方法,同时为提高太赫兹行波管用输能窗的传输性能和可靠性奠定基础。
