TNT对聚氨酯热转变温度影响研究

在TNT熔铸炸药中,聚氨酯弹性体的加入不仅可以吸收TNT的渗出物,还可以提高炸药的韧性和强度,并降低炸药的撞击感度。但TNT与聚氨酯存在相容性问题,在相互接触之后,颜色变红并逐渐加深。聚氨酯与TNT接触后的结构与性能变化一直是人们关心的问题。本文利用原子力-红外(AFM-IR)对聚氨酯片层附着TNT颗粒前后的热转变温度进行了测试和分析,结果表明,TNT极易进入到聚氨酯片层内部。TNT的存在将使聚氨酯薄膜的热转变温度下降,且TNT浓度越高,热转变温度下降越多。而将附着的TNT去除后,热转变温度则有所回复。TNT的进入将造成聚氨酯分子链之间相互作用力降低,分子链柔顺度增加,熔点降低。
Compatible problem exists between TNT and polyurethane. The change of structure and performance of polyurethane contacting with TNT is still concerned. In this paper, the thermal transition temperature of polyurethane before and after contacting with TNT was investigated with AFM-IR. The results showed that the existence of TNT could affect the thermal transition temperature of polyurethane. The higher concentration of TNT, the lower thermal transition temperature. This was thought to be related to the entrance of TNT into the inner of polyurethane, which would increase the free volume among the chains.
