电热水器用环戊烷/HFC-245fa型聚氨酯硬泡组合聚醚的研究

摘要
以聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂和发泡剂等为原料,制备了电热水器用聚氨酯硬泡组合聚醚,探讨了原料对电热水器保温性能的影响,优化了配方体系。结果表明,通过优化配方体系,获得的聚氨酯泡沫具有良好的流动性、尺寸稳定性和较低的导热系数,可满足电热水器产品的使用要求。
With polyether polyols,foam stabilizer,catalyst and foaming agent as raw materials,the blown rigid polyurethane foam for electric water-heater was prepared.The influence of raw materials on thermal insulation performance of electric water heater was discussed and formulation system was optimized.The results showed that the polyurethane foam had good liquidity,dimensional stability and low coefficient of thermal conductivity by optimum formula system.The properties of polyurethane foam could reach the specification requirement in electric water heater production.
