摘要
以一种新型环保汽车空调制冷剂HFO 1234yf的制冷性能为主要研究对象,通过大量的实车环境模拟实验对其性能进行了验证,详细分析了新型制冷剂性能与传统制冷剂R134a的差异。基于此提出空调结构优化方案,方案中采用IHX中间冷却技术,在降低了对环境影响的同时,确保充注HFO1234yf制冷剂的空调系统具备与R134a系统相同的制冷能力,并能满足现有汽车空调系统制冷标准的相关要求,为其量产提供充分的理论依据。本文分别进行了整车环境模拟实验及台架对比实验。
The performance of automobile air conditioning refrigerant-HFO1234yf is the main study object of the paper.The new type refrigerant performance is tested through a series of environmental simulated tests.The differences between the new type refrigerant and the traditional one are also tested and analysed.Based on the HFO1234yf the optimum automobile air conditioning system is proposed,which adopts the IHX technology and insures the refrigerant performance of the air conditioning system used the HFO1234yf compared to the R134a.Moreover the environment is protected,and in the meantime,the related air conditioning system refrigerant standards are contented.Generally speaking,the mass production theoretical supporting of the air conditioning system are proposed above
