<正>Background:Psoriasis is an autoimmune skin disease,in which keratinocytes play a crucial role in the pathogenesis.High-mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)is an inflammatory factor that has been found to be released from keratinocyte nucleus in psoriatic lesion.Whether HMGB1 takes part in psoriasis development and the mechanism involved is not known.
