一步法合成可调双介孔孔道Fe-SBA-1

摘要
采用简单的一步法合成了具有双介孔孔道的铁掺杂介孔材料Fe-SBA-15,反应体系中无机盐FeCl_3加剂量对介孔材料SBA-15的孔道结构、形貌和性能产生了显著的影响。N_2吸脱附等温线(BET)结果表明,系列Fe-SBA-15样品均具有规整的孔道结构和较高的比表面积,且随加入铁盐量的增加比表面积有所下降。随着FeCl_3含量增加,样品中出现两种尺寸的介孔孔道结构,在3.5 nm左右有一规整孔道,而另一孔道随着FeCl_3加入量的增大而逐渐增大,从7.8 nm增大到15.6 nm。
The synthesis and properties of Fe-SBA-15 mesoporous materials influenced by the addition of FeCl_3are investigated.Powder X-ray diffraction(XRD) pattern indicates that samples are structured hexagonal pore structure,N_2 adsorption-desorption isothermals,SEM and TEM images show that after doped samples still preserved the ordered hexagonal structure and high BET surface area,and the surface area decreased with the increase the amounts of FeCl_3.These samples exhibit structures with dual mesoporous pore sizes.One is about 3.5nm and the other increases from 7.8 nm to 15.6 nm with the increase the amounts of FeCl_3.
