舰船机械设备全频段水下辐射噪声数值计算分析

摘要
机械设备振动和噪声是引起舰船结构振动和水下辐射噪声的主要噪声源。本文采用有限元(FEM)、边界元(BEM)和统计能量(SEA)联合求解的数值计算方法对某船舶柴发机组全频段水下辐射噪声进行分析研究,通过软件建立整船模型,将柴油发电机组实船测试的机脚振动加速度级作为激励载荷输入,得到20Hz-8k Hz的水下辐射噪声值,与实测值相比符合良好。
Vibration and noise caused by mechanical equipments are mainly sources of surface ship structure vibration and underwater radiation noise. Finite element method(FEM), boundary element method(BEM)and statistical energy analysis method(SEA) are combined together to solve the full-band underwater radiation noise from diesel generator set of a surface ship, models of entire ship are built by different software, the vibration level of the generator set tested on ship is supposed as the exciting force, and sound pressure levels of underwater radiation noise have been calculated and show a good agreement with experimentally measured results.
