HZSM-5分子筛催化氯甲烷制低碳烯烃

摘要
天然气经由氯甲烷制取高附加值的低碳烯烃用以缓解石油短缺,已引起世界各国的广泛关注。其中氯甲烷制备低碳烯烃的研究至关重要,本文采用HZSM-5分子筛,催化偶联氯甲烷制低碳烯烃,探究了硅铝比和空速对产物低碳烯烃分布的影响。随着空速增大,氯甲烷的转化率逐渐降低。结合催化剂表面酸性质可以看出,随着硅铝比的增大,酸量降低,由于此反应是酸催化,酸量减少会降低反应活性。该反应是连串反应,空速增大,致使反应进行程度相对较低,因此随着空速逐渐增大,低碳烯烃的选择性逐渐增大;同一空速下,低碳烯烃的选择性随着硅铝比的增大而升高。
Light olefins production via chloromethane coupling plays an important role in natural gas implication, thus receiving an increasing number of concerns. This work presents the reaction on H-ZSM-5 zeolites and the impacts on the product distribution of both silica-alumina ratios and reaction conditions were studied. Results show higher silica-alumina ratio and space velocity lead to a decreasing CH_3Cl conversion along with an increasing selectivity of light olefins, for the process is an acid catalyzed consecutive reaction.
