热力机械复合式除冰技术浅析

摘要
飞机结冰严重危及飞行安全,结冰防护系统是保证结冰气象条件下安全飞行的重要保障之一。本文探讨的力机械复合式除冰技术由脉冲式电加热除冰和电磁排斥式除冰组成,其典型特点是能量消耗低,除冰效率高,可以盖更大的防护区域,满足严酷结冰条件下安全飞行的需求。最后介绍了一种热力机械复合式除冰系统的技术方案,与传统的电加热除冰技术比较说明其优越性。
In-flight icing has seriously hazardous effects on aircraft safety.Ice protection system is employed to ensure aircraft flight safety during icing conditions.A hybrid ice protection technology discussed here is developed to meet the requirements of high performance efficiency and low power consumption,named Thermo-Mechanical Expulsion De-icing System(TMEDS).TMEDS combines pulse electro-thermal de-icing technology and electro-magnetic expulsion de-icing technology together.TMEDS can extend the protected surfaces to a larger area and ensure flight safety in more serious icing condition.A solution of TMEDS Architecture is introduced.Comparison with traditional electro-thermal de-icing technology shows that TMEDS has obvious advantage on high performance efficiency and low power consumption.
