钢渣粉对全固废混凝土强度的影响

摘要
研究了钢渣粉的比表面积和掺量对全固废混凝土强度的影响,并利用XRD和SEM分析钢渣-矿渣-脱硫石膏体系胶凝材料的水化产物和水化机理。结果表明:随着钢渣粉比表面积的增加,混凝土的3d、7d、28d强度均相应升高;随着钢渣粉掺量的增加,混凝土的3d和7d强度降低,28d强度先降低后升高。钢渣、矿渣、脱硫石膏相互作用,促进钙矾石和C-S-H凝胶的形成和生长;钙矾石和C-S-H凝胶相互交织,形成致密结构有利于全固废混凝土的强度发展。
The influence of specific surface area and proportion of steel slag powder on the strength of the concrete with industrial solid wastes was studied.The hydration mechanism ofcementitious materialsprepared by steel slag,blast furnace slag and desulfurization gypsumwas analyzed by XRDandSEM.The results showed thatthe strength of concrete all increasedwiththe increasing of specific surface area of steel slag powderafter curing for 3d,7d and 28 d,Withthe increasing of proportion of steel slagpowder,the strength of concretedecreaseafter curing for 3d and 7d,butdecreased first and then increased after curing for28 d.Steel slag,slag and desulfurization gypsuminteract with each other,promoting the formation and growth of ettringiteand C-S-H;ettringiteand C-S-H gel intertwined and form a compact structure,which can increase the strength of the concrete with industrial solid wastes.
