1-乙烯基-3-氨丙基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体的合成及其缓蚀性能的研究

摘要
以1-乙烯基咪唑,3-溴丙胺氢溴酸盐和四氟硼酸钠为原料,合成了1-乙烯基-3-氨丙基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体([VAIM]BF4)。采用静态失重法,电化学方法和扫描电子显微镜等方法研究了[VAIM]BF4在1M HCl溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,[VAIM]BF4的缓蚀效率随着浓度的增大而增大,在缓蚀剂浓度达到4m M时,缓蚀效率达到最大值。[VAIM]BF4在碳钢表面吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式,属于混合型吸附。
A newly ionic liquid, 1-vinyl-3-aminopropylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate([VAIM]BF4)was synthesized by 1-vinylimidazole, 3- propantheline bromide hydrobromide and sodium tetrafluoroborate.The inhibition performance of 1-vinyl-3-aminopropylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate for the corrosion of mild steel in 1 M HCl was investigated using weight loss method,electrochemical measurements and scanning microscope(SEM).The results showd that the corrosion rate increased with the increase of inhibitor concentration and the maximum inhibitive efficiencies at 4m M for [VAIM]BF4. This compound is a mixd-type inhibitor whose adsorption behavior onto mild steel surface can be expressed by Langmuir isotherm equation.
