Al/BN涂层性能及高速刮削下与TA11合金叶片的磨损行为

摘要
在本研究中对Al/BN封严涂层的相含量、拉伸结合强度、硬度以及抗冲蚀性能进行了测定,掌握Al/BN封严涂层相含量分布以及涂层力学性能情况。利用高速刮擦试验机模拟压气机叶片与封严涂层的刮擦行为,研究了Al/BN封严涂层与TA11钛合金模拟叶片体系在线速度250m/s,进给速度在0.002 mm/s和0.01 mm/s范围内的磨损行为。结果表明:较高线速度下涂层的磨损,在较低进给速度下,为涂层剥落和犁削机制以及涂层向叶片转移机制,随着刮削深度的增加涂层向叶片的转移层发生剥落;在较高进给速度下,涂层的磨损机制为剥落和犁削机制,涂层向叶片的转移层在叶片上发生了熔化和涂抹,为犁削和塑性变形机制。
In this research,the phase content,tensile bond strength,hardness and erosion wear of Al/BN abrade seal coating are tested,and the phase distributing and mechanical performance are also investigated.The friction mechanism between Al/BN abrade seal coating and TA11 blade is studied by high rubbing test experiment at line speed of 250m/s with feed speed of 0.002mm/s and 0.01 mm/s.The results reveal that the rubbing behavior of Al/BN abrade seal coating is coating flakes and ploughing,the coating material transfers to blade at lower feed speed and the transfer layer peels off with the' increase of rub depth,while at higher speed,the transfer layer melts and smears with plastic deformation.
