口服氟康唑预防NICU高危患儿真菌感染的剂量研究

摘要
目的:评估氟康唑两种常用剂量对NICU内高危患儿真菌感染的预防作用。方法:收集2014年4月~2015年10月苏州市立医院NICU应用氟康唑预防真菌感染的患儿125例,随机分为A、B两组。A组予预防剂量3mg/kg.次、每周两次,B组予预防剂量6mg/kg.次、隔日一次,疗程均为四周,采集相关信息进行统计分析。结果:预防用药后,A组患儿真菌感染率为5.36%,B组患儿真菌感染率为4.35%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);A组患儿转氨酶升高发生率10.7%,B组患儿转氨酶升高发生率18.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:在NICU内对高危患儿使用小剂量、低频次的氟康唑预防真菌感染,是较合适的选择。
Objective To evaluate the effect of prophylaxis administration of fluconazole by oral with two frequentlyused doses in preventing fungal infection in NICU.Methods Collected in April 2014 to October 2015 of Suzhou Municipal Hospital NICU using fluconazole to prevent fungal infection of 126 patients.according to different dosage was divided into A group and B group.collect related information for statistical analysis.Results After preventive medication,A group of children with fungal infection rate was 5.36%,B group of children with fungal infection rate was 4.35%,two groups compare differences had no statistical significance(p > 0.05);A group with 10.7%incidence of transaminase eleations,B group with18.8%incidence of transaminase eleations,comparing the two groups was statistically difference(p < 0.05).Conclusions In NICU for high-risk patients using small doses,low frequency of fluconazole to prevent fungal infection,is a more appropriate choice.
