K424薄壁密封片铸件无余量精密铸造工艺研究

摘要
K424合金密封片铸件为某型号航空发动机尾喷口关键部件,采用无余量精密铸造工艺铸造而成。该铸件为多吊耳多孔结构大尺寸薄壁铸件,长度约360mm,底板壁厚为0.8~1mm。在铸造过程中极易产生疏松和裂纹缺陷,冶金质量控制困难;并且由于壁薄,在铸造过程中变形量大,尺寸精度难以保证。本文针对该铸件的铸造工艺难题,对铸件的浇注系统设计和浇注工艺进行了系统的研究,研制的K424密封片铸件冶金质量优良,尺寸精确。
The seal plate made by investment casting is an important part of an aero engine nozzle.It is a long plate structure with many lifting eyes and cavity frames,and the length is about 360 mm and the thickness is about 0.8 ~ 1mm.It is very easy to have the defects such as porosity and crack due to the construction of this casting,so that the quality control of the melting and casting is very difficult The dimensional accuracy is also hard to reach because of the deforming due to the thin thickness of the plate.The gating system design and the casting technique to resolve these difficulties were researched in this paper,the production has a nice quality of both metallurgy and dimensions.
