基于皮肤模型的抗氧化功效测试研究进展

摘要
皮肤作为机体最外层保护屏障,直接暴露于外界环境。紫外线、化学物质和污染物等产生的氧化应激会对人体皮肤产生危害,因而抗氧化损伤成为个人护理产品研发的重点。化妆品、植物及其提取物抗氧化功效的评估可采用化学方法,细胞方法和3D模型方法。随着重建人类皮肤模型的成熟,将其运用于化妆品抗氧化功效的检测是未来主要的发展趋势,并得到越来越广泛的应用。
Skin is the protection barrier at outer most layer,exposing to the environment directly.Oxidative stress which is produced by ultraviolet radiation,chemicals and pollutant will do harm to the people,thus personal care focuses on the antioxidative damage.The evaluation ways of the antioxidative effect of cosmetic,botany and botanical extracts include chemical methods,cytological methods and 3D model methods.With the development of the construction of human cutaneous models,it is the main developmental trend in the future that the construction of human cutaneous models are applied in the test of the antioxidative effect of the comestic.
