概念设计阶段的汽车尾门过关经验模型

摘要
通过总结传统的汽车尾门过关运动校核过程,本文建立了一种早期尾门过关经验模型,运用该模型,可以实现概念设计初期尾门分缝形式的过关风险预先评估,降低了后期由于过关磕碰产生的变更风险;同时通过一个计算实例验证了该模型的有效性。
An empirical model for tailgate over slam analysis in the early design stage was established based on the traditional kinematic analysis method.By using this method,the over-slam contact risk of different tailgate cutline types in the concept design stage can be evaluated.In that case,the engineering change risk in the late design period caused by over slam contact can be easily reduced.Through a case study,the efficiency of this empirical was validated.
