柔性石墨烯微型超级电容器的制备

摘要
石墨烯超级电容器是近年来的热点研究领域,特别是柔性和新型微型石墨烯的制备引起了广大研究人员的研究兴趣[1,2]。在本文中,我们利用光雕技术制备了全固态的柔性的微型超级电容器。首先将氧化石墨烯制备成均匀的薄膜,然后通过普通的光雕驱动器将氧化石墨烯薄膜按照特定的图案进行还原,再以PVA-H_2SO_4为电解质组装成微型超级电容器。利用循环伏安、阻抗以及恒电流充放电等电化学手段研究其电化学性能,探讨氧化石墨烯的浓度、雕刻次数、图案形状对电容器性能的影响。
Graphene-based supercapacitor have attracted great attention in recent years, especially the preparation of the flexible and new type of micro-graphene has aroused the interest of many researchers [1,2]. In this paper, we fabricated a flexible, all-solid-state micro-supercapacitor using Light Scribe technic. At first, graphene oxide was prepared to be a uniform thin film. Then we used a standard Light Scribe DVD optical drive to direct reduced graphene oxide film according to the specific pattern. Finally, PVA-H_2SO_4 was served as electrolyte to assemble micro-supercapacitor. Under the help of cyclic voltammetry, impedance and galvanostatic charge/discharge, we have investigated the electrochemical performances of graphene-based micro-supercapacitor and the influences of the concentration of graphene, the number of Light Scribe as well as different patterns.
