基于记忆合金丝驱动的飞行器变形头锥设计与仿真分析

摘要
本文设计了一种记忆合金丝驱动的飞行器变形头锥,并基于ADAMS仿真软件对该机构进行了运动学仿真分析。为使飞行器具有更加良好的气动构型和运动性能,以适应不同的空天环境,本文设计了一种利用记忆合金丝驱动的变形头锥装置。该机构主要通过记忆合金丝长度的改变驱动两组菱形机构,使得变形头锥进行伸长运动和偏转运动。同时,本文基于ADAMS仿真软件得出了在直线驱动、斜坡驱动、正弦驱动三种驱动形式下部件运动的位移、速度、加速度曲线。通过仿真结果可以看出在正弦驱动形式下,该机构的运动更加平稳。总体上,基于记忆合金丝驱动的飞行器变形头锥设计较为合理,为变体飞行器的变形设计提供了新的思路和方法,使得飞行器具备更好的飞行性能和气动构型。
