摘要
本文研究了不同条件对磷在渣中富集行为的影响,并借助电镜、能谱分析进行了定量研究,结果表明:磷元素在2CaO·SiO_2颗粒内分布均匀;磷在渣中固液相间的分配比L_P~(a/l)随酸性氧化物含量和铁的氧化物含量的增加呈现出先增大后降低的趋势,分别在20%和70%时达到最大值,而随着渣中2CaO·SiO_2颗粒比例增加不发生变化。
The enrichment behavior of phosphorous in slag was studied under a variety of conditions by SEM and EDS.The results show that phosphorous was distributed uniformly in dicalcium silicate.The L_P~(s/1)(phosphorus distribution ratio between2CaO·SiO_2particle and slag) increased with the increasing of(%SiO_2) +(%P_2O_5) and(Fe_tO) content before it reached the maximum and then began to decrease.The maximum value is obtained when the(%SiO_2) +(%P_2O_5) and(Fe_tO) content was 20%and 70%respectively.The L_P~(s/1) has little change with the ratio of 2Ca·O SiO_2 particles.
