<正>Invariant natural killer T(iN KT)cells are regulatory T cells that play an important role in tumor immunity,regulating immune responses and preventing autoimmunity.1α-galactosylceramide,a syntheticα-galactosyl ceramide,presented by CD1d,can activate iN KT cells to exhibit powerful immunostimulation.2 Phosphate groups play an important role in medicinal chemistry with important structural characteristics and properties.3 The introduction of
