中非经贸合作区对中非产能合作的启示

摘要
中非产能合作是中非合作论坛约翰内斯堡峰会所确定的未来3年乃至更长时间里中非合作的重点领域,它既有利于中国经济转型升级,又有利于非洲加快工业化进程。事实上,中非经贸合作区的建设已包含了中非产能合作的内容,自2006年中非合作论坛北京峰会以来,中国已经在非洲建立了6个国家级经贸合作区。近10年来,这6个经贸合作区既取得了不少的成绩,又有许多经验教训可以汲取。本文试图在总结中非经贸合作区经验教训的基础上,得出一些有利于推进当今中非产能合作的启示。
According to Johannesburg Summit of FOCA,the China-Africa Production Capacity Cooperation is the key area of China-Africa cooperation in the next three years.The China-Africa Production Capacity Cooperation is conducive to China's economic transformation and upgrading,but also conducive to accelerating the process of industrialization in Africa.In fact,the establishment of China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone contains China-Africa Production Capacity Cooperation.Since 2006's Beijing summit of FOCAC,6 Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones has been built in Africa.This paper tries to analyze the enlightenment of China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone on China-Africa Production Capacity Cooperation.
