盐效应对复合改性膨润土吸附亚甲基蓝的影响

以膨润土为原料,依次通过盐酸、四甲基氯化铵和聚合羟基铝改性制得复合改性膨润土样品,研究了无机盐对该复合改性膨润土吸附亚甲基蓝的影响,如图1所示随着KCl浓度的增加,亚甲基蓝的去除率增加,这可能是由于在复合改性膨润土的周围存在扩散双电层结构,加入KCl压缩了扩散双电层的厚度,使得膨润土周围的电势空间分布改变,降低了改性膨润土层间对亚甲基蓝的排斥,从而增加其去除率[1]。考察了不同无机离子的影响,如表1所示,在阴离子相同时,亚甲基蓝的去除率随着阳离子半径的增加而增加,而在阳离子相同时,去除率随着阴离子半径的增加而减小,可以得出离子半径是影响改性膨润土吸附亚甲基蓝的重要因素[1-2]。
Modified bentonite was synthesized by using Na+-bentonite as the raw material,which was modified by the hydrochloric acid,tetramethylammonium chloride and hydroxyl-aluminum cations.The effects of salts on absorbing methylene blue by modified bentonite were tested and it was found that the salt effects were relevant to the concentration of salt and radius of ion.The removal of methylene blue was positively correlated to the concentration of KCl,The salts efforts were positively correlated to the radius of cations when the anions of inorganic salt were same,and were negatively correlated to the radius of anions when the cations were same.
