特殊钢精炼渣系设计模型及应用

摘要
本文从FactSage软件FSsteel数据库提取钢液中的结构单元并拟合出生成各结构单元的反应平衡常数,结合炉渣共存理论,建立了钢液-炉渣平衡计算模型,为特殊钢精炼渣系设计提供了理论依据。本模型假设钢液中的溶解氧包括单质氧及络合氧(M*O、M_2*O)。通过前人实验数据对本模型进行了验证,结果吻合较好。同时根据本模型,获得了CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2三元渣与GCr15成分钢液在不同CaO含量以及不同温度下的平衡关系。
The model of metal-slag equilibrium calculation is established based on structure units extracted from FactSage software FSsteel date base and coexistence theory of slag for designing of special steel refining slag.The model is proposed by assuming that the total dissolved oxygen contains elemental oxygen and associated oxygen(M*O、M_2*O).The model is proved to be reasonable by comparing with the former experiment results.The equilibrium between CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 ternary slag and GCr15 metal under different content of CaO and temperature are obtained.
