三明治结构石墨烯片@LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_4@石墨烯片复合材料的制备与表征

摘要
通过石墨化有机物法在LiNI_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_4(LNMO)表面原位生长石墨烯片(GNRs),制备出具有三明治结构的GNRs@LNMO@GNRs复合材料。采用XRD、SEM和电化学测试等手段对复合材料的结构、形貌和电化学性能进行了研究。结果表明,纳米级的LNMO颗粒均匀分散并牢牢锚在GNRs的表面。由于GNRs的修饰,GNRs@LNMO@GNRs复合材料表现出比LNMO更大的放电容量、更高的库仑效率、更好的循环稳定性和倍率性能。
A sandwich-structured GNRs@LNMO@GNRs composites have been synthesized by growing gaphene sheets(GNRs) on the surface of LNMO via an in-situ method of graphitizing organic compounds.The microstructure,surface morphology and electrochemical performances of GNRs@LNMO@GNRs composites have been examined by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and different electrochemical tests.The SEM results show that the LNMO nanoparticles are homogeneously dispersed and attached on the GNRs surface and the XRD results indicate that the LNMO phase does not change during the preparation of the composite.Electrochemical tests demonstrate that the GNRs@LNMO@GNRs electrode exhibites higher discharge capacity,higher coulombic efficiency,better cycling performance and rate capability than the pristine LNMO electrode.
