摘要
当今世界,各种灾难日益频发。8·12天津滨海新区仓库爆炸事故再一次对我国危险化学品安全管理敲响警钟。笔者总结多年在冲烧毒复合伤临床救治方面的经验,首先从危险化学品事故所致冲烧毒复合伤的流行病学特点、损伤特点及临床表现等着手,进而阐释伤员的现场急救、运送途中应注意的问题、急性化学性肺水肿的处理等内容,最后强调要重视危险化学品事故对公众造成的心理危害,以期为广大医务人员处置冲烧毒复合伤提供参考。
In today's world,disasters increases frequently.August 12,an explosion at a container terminal in Tianjin Binhai New Area has again given safe management of dangerous chemicals in China a wake-up call.The author summarizes clinical treatment experience of many years on combined blast-burn-poison injury,first of all,he describes epidemiological characteristics,injury characteristics and clinical manifestations of combined blast-burn-poison injury caused by hazardous chemicals,and then explains the first aid,the problem should be noted during the transport and how to solve acute chemical pulmonary edema of the wounded,etc.,and finally emphasizes we should pay attention to the psychological harm on the public caused by hazardous chemical accidents,with a view to provide reference for the majority of medical personnel on disposal of combined blast-bum-poison injury.
