导流罩材料对罩内水动力噪声的影响研究

摘要
球鼻艏不仅减少了舰船的兴波阻力,也保证了声呐基阵有良好的工作环境。但是其会受到水动力噪声的干扰。因此,降低球鼻艏内水动力噪声对提高声呐工作效率有重要影响。本文简要阐述了水动力噪声计算基本理论,并建立计算模型,通过流场计算软件FLUENT,用大涡模拟(LES)方法计算模型流场,将得到的流场数据导入声场计算软件ACTRAN中,采用有限元及无限元结合方法计算声场。研究了在相同构造下,钛合金、玻璃钢和橡胶这三种材料制成的球鼻艏导流罩,在同一流速下,罩体内部水动力噪声的变化情况。计算结果表明:钛合金降噪优化效果最好,玻璃钢降噪效果次之,橡胶降噪效果最差,钛合金的降噪性能要比玻璃钢高15d B以上。本文的这些研究结果为低噪声、高透声性能球鼻艏结构的设计提供了参考。
Bulbous bow is helpful not only to reduce wave-making resistance,but also to offer good environment to sonar.However,it can be influenced by hydrodynamic noise.Therefore,Reducing the noise has important influence on improving sonar's working efficiency.This paper has simply stated basic calculation theory of hydrodynamic noise,and create the model,calculate fluid field data with the method LES,and calculate acoustic field data with the method FEM and IFEM.This paper compares noise reduction effects of three different materials(Ti Alloy,Fiberglass,Rubber)in the same structure and fluid condition.The results have demonstrated that material Ti Alloy has the best effect among three;Fiberglass is second;Rubber is the worst,the result of the material Ti Alloy is lower by 15 d B than the material Fiberglass.The results of this study offer some reference to design on sonar dome which needs low noise and high sound transmission in the future.
