基于Lighthill方程的非均匀流中螺旋桨无空化噪声数值预报

摘要
根据计算流体力学(CFD)和计算声学(CA)弱耦合效应,将时空变化的湍流流场信息作为近场声源,运用Lighthill声类比理论数值预报非均匀入流中螺旋桨无空化噪声。首先采用黏性流理论数值仿真螺旋桨的湍流流场信息,采用民船桨验证CFD计算的准确性,然后根据流场信息数值预报螺旋桨无空化噪声,对比实际数据在叶频、叶频倍频和1k Hz以内的声压级,验证模型的准确性。研究表明此方法能准确预报叶频信息和1k Hz以内的声压级,对舰船辐射噪声的分类识别具有一定的指导意义。
According to weak coupling effect between computational fluid dynamics and computational acoustics, the flow field is taken as near-field sound sources and the propeller non-cavitation noise with non-uniform inflow is predicted using Lighthill's acoustics analogy. Firstly, the flow flied is simulated through the viscous flow theory, and the CFD results is verified by the privateers propeller; Then the propeller non-cavitation noise is predicted base on the flow field, and the sound pressure level of the blade frequency, the blade frequency doubler, and 1k Hz was tested by actual data. The overall results suggest that the present approach is practicable for prediction non-cavitation noise with non-uniform inflow, and has certain guiding significance to ship radiated noise classification.
