一步法制备网状聚氨酯软泡及性能研究

摘要
本研究采用"一步法"制备网状聚氨酯软泡,使用由季戊四醇和乙二醇作为混合起始剂制备的聚醚多元醇ZS-315(羟值39.5~41.0 mg KOH/g,官能度f=3~3.5)配合普通聚醚三醇ZS-2802及助剂直接发泡得到网状的聚氨酯软泡。其中采用自制的开孔剂K-80(用量为1.2份)来增加"一步法"制备的网状聚氨酯软泡的开孔率,增大孔隙体积。通过改变泡沫稳定剂L-580的用量来调节泡孔的粗细满足不同的需求,提升了配方调节的灵活性。该方法具有灵活的配方调节度,所制得的泡沫物理性能优良,且优于"两步法"制备的网状聚氨酯软泡。
Reticulated flexible polyurethane foam was prepared by one-step method in this paper.Mixed pentaerythritol and ethylene glycol were used as initiators to prepare polyether polyol ZS-315(hydroxyl value39.5~41.0 mgKOH/g,functionality f=3-3.5),which then was employed with ordinary polyether polyol ZS-2802 and other additives as co-substrates to produce reticulated flexible polyurethane foam.Self-made cell opener K-80(1.2 parts)was used to increase reticulated opening ratio and pore volume of flexible polyurethane foam.The cell thickness could be adjusted by changing the foam stabilizer L-580 amount to meet different needs,resulting in more flexible formula.This one-step method had a flexible formula,and the resulting foam has excellent physical properties even better than two-step method.
