质子型氨基酸离子液体[AAE]X的酸性研究

摘要
质子型离子液体是一类重要的离子液体,在有机催化、自组装、电化学、生物材料等领域有着重要的应用~([1])。常见的质子型离子液体包括季铵盐、咪唑盐等离子液体,相比于常见的质子型离子液体,基于生物可再生原料的氨基酸离子液体具有原料可再生和生产过程污染小(更绿色)的优势~([2])。酸性作为离子液体一种重要的性质,在很多领域起着不可或缺的作用。由于氨基酸离子液体的阳离子上有着一个或多个活泼氢~([3]),也可能具有酸性性质~([4])。我们之前报道过[AA]X型氨基酸离子液体的酸性,但是发现其酸性检测方法不能直接应用于检测[AAE]X型氨基酸离子液体的酸性。采用电位滴定法时,由于在[AAE]X型氨基酸离子液体的滴定终点会发生氨基酸酯的分解,从而得到与[AA]X型氨基酸离子液体完全不同的性质数据。因此,我们改进了电位滴定法的测试基准,从而获得了[AAE]X型氨基酸离子液体的pK_a数据。此外,我们还利用-NH的化学位移作为辅助手段,通过核磁共振氢谱测定[AAE]X型氨基酸离子液体的酸性。
Protic ionic liquids(PILs) are a subset of ILs that are synthetized through the stoichiometric neutralization reaction of certain Br0 nsted acids and Br0 nsted bases.PILs play an important role in organic catalysis,self-assembly,electrochemistry,biological media and so on.Compared with common ionic liquids,bio-protic amino acid ionic liquids([AA]X) have greater advantages,such as bio-renewable and less pollution.We have reported the acidity of[AA]X amino acid ionic liquids.However,the methods to determine the acidity of[AA]X amino acid ionic liquids cannot be directly applied to determine the acidity of[AAE]X amino acid ionic liquids by reason that the cations will decompose when it reaches the titration terminal.So we modify the potentiometric titration method,and use it to achieve the pK_α of[AAE]X.In the meantime,-NH shift in ~1H NMR is regarded as an auxiliary way to determine the acidity of[AAE]X.
