摘要
目的探索颅骨连结与临床的关系。方法采取非测量观察和体质测量进行实验室考察和X-平片影像分析等考察方法。结果发现颅骨外形窄长,顶结节明显突出,颅顶冠状缝、矢状缝和人字缝均已骨化融合;颅骨体质测量发现数据小于正常,颅长宽指数(mm)64.47(X~69.9);顶位X-平片影像未见颅缝阴影。结论综合分析该例颅骨为颅顶骨缝广泛骨化融合缩窄畸形。
Objective To explore the relationship between the skull joint and the clinic.Methods The investigation was conducted by using the methods of non measurement observation and physical measurement,and the image analysis of X-plain film.Results It was found that the skull shape is long and narrow,top prominent tubercle,parietal coronal,sagittal suture and lambdoid suture ossification have fused;skull physical measurement data is less than the normal cranial length width index MM is 64.47(X ~69.9);the top X-flat image show no shadow of cranial suture.Conclusion The comprehensive analysis of the case of skull show that cranial suture fusion is Extensive ossification with coarctation deformity.
