摘要
本文综合分析了"互联网+"和"大数据"背景下,公安交通指挥系统信息发布呈现的态势和特征、面临的问题和挑战,并提出未来的发展建议。研究发现:协作式交通信息采集方式、多样化发布方式、综合性的信息服务等是新背景下交通信息发布的特征;交通信息发布面临资源整合、数据安全、系统持续发展等方面的挑战;建设交通信息资源平台、完善技术体系和标准体系、加强市场合作机制是未来公安交通指挥系统信息发布需要考虑的重点问题。
This paper analyzes the characteristics and challenges of information dissemination of public security traffic command system based on the background of internet and big data,puts forward the recommendations to the development in the future.The research shows that cooperative traffic information collection mode,diversification dissemination mode,comprehensive information services are the main characteristics under the new background.The challenges traffic information dissemination faces with includes resource integration,data security,system development continuance.The main technology to solve this problems are constructing traffic information resource platform,completing technical standard system and strengthening market mechanisms for cooperation.
