摘要
当前,驾驶过程中使用移动电话的现象较为普遍,严重影响了交通安全。本文对驾驶人拨打电话、阅读和发送不同长度信息的平均时间进行了模拟测试,确定了对应的城市道路和高速公路不安全行驶距离。为更好地描述不同行为对交通安全的影响,定义了严重不安全、中度不安全、轻度不安全三个层次。对不同使用移动电话行为进行分层聚类,得到3个聚类,确定了不同行为危险程度。
Currently,it is very common that drivers use cell phones while driving,which seriously affect traffic safety.This paper conducts simulation tests on making phone calls,reading and sending messages while driving to get average time of different behaviors,and calculates the distance of unsafe driving on urban roads and freeways.Three levels(seriousunsafe,medium unsafe,mild unsafe)are presented,in order to get better describes on the traffic safety effects of different behaviors.Hierarchical clustering is performed to get three classes to determine the risk degreesof different behaviors.
