高功率微波径向线波导滤波器模式匹配研究

摘要
对径向线波导内模式匹配系数进行了严格求解。基于这一原理,设计了中心频率为9GHz,带宽500MHz的径向线波导滤波器,并进行了数值模拟。模拟结果与数值计算结果吻合较好。模拟结果表明:TE10模在通带内的传输效率超过99%,阻带反射损耗小于-dB。同时由于TE_(10)模的电场与波导壁平行,该径向线波导滤波器的功率容量高达18GW。
The mode matching coefficients of the radial waveguide is strictly derived in this paper. Based on the analysis, a radial waveguide filter is designed with the central frequency of 9GHz and 500 MHz bandwidth. Simulation results show that the transmission efficiency of TE10 mode is over 99% within passband, which is in good agreement with the theoretical calculation. The power handling capacity of the filter is about 10 gigawatts, as the E-field of TE10 mode is parallel to the tube wall and no field enhancement is found.
