一种60GHz频段的基于EBG结构的低剖面宽频天线

摘要
本文提出了一种改进型的基于EBG(Electromagnetic Band Gap)结构的低剖面宽频带毫米波天线。方案一采用双层PCB结构,微带缝隙耦合馈电,天线由16块缝隙容性加载的方形结构构成,为了增加天线带宽,最外侧的方形结构优化为牙齿形状。为了进一步降低天线剖面,方案二采用单层PCB结构,CPW馈电,天线基本同方案一结构,但每块方形结构中心位置增加金属化通孔,形成类似mushroom天线结构。两种方案天线工作在60GHz,实现了20%的工作带宽,带内最高的天线增益10d Bi,天线剖面分别只有0.2毫米(0.03λ_0)和0.15毫米。
An optimized EBG-based low-profile broadband antenna is proposed for mm-Wave band application. By consisting the EBG structure, a 16-element periodic array of series capacitor loaded patch cell is formed, and excited through the coupling aperture between double-layer substrate in solution 1. To improve the bandwidth of the antenna, the outside of patch cells are changed to tooth shape. In addition, to further reduce the profile of the antenna, CPW coupling feed structure is used for the single-layer substrate antenna in solution 2, which patch cells add via holes in the central forming similar mushroom antenna structure. The proposed 60 GHz antennas with a low profile of 0.2mm(0.03λ_0) and 0.15 mm can achieve 20% bandwidth for the return loss less than-10 d B and maximum gain of 10 d Bi.
