改善含铝钢可浇性的应用研究

摘要
通过对湘钢含铝钢中包水口结瘤物的分析发现,高熔点的CaO·MgO·Al_2O_3和CaO·CaS·Al_2O_3等两类复合夹杂是引起水口结瘤的主要原因。针对水口结瘤的原因,采用合适的造渣、脱氧工艺得到高碱度、高Al_2O_3、强还原性的精炼炉渣,使铝脱氧夹杂物实现Al_2O_3→MgO·Al_2O_3→CaO·MgO·Al_2O_3的转变,生成较低熔点的CaO·MgO·Al_2O_3复合夹杂,改善了钢水的可浇性,降低了生产成本。
The analysis to clogging materials of tundish nozzle of Xiang-steel found that the main reasons for the nozzle clogging is the two kinds of high melting point compound inclusions,such as CaO · MgO · Al_2O_3 and CaO · CaS · Al_2O_3.In order to resolve the nozzle clogging,the aluminum deoxidizing inclusions realize the change of Al_2O_3—>MgO · Al_2O_3→CaO · MgO · Al_2O_3 and gets the lower melting point compound inclusions as CaO · MgO · Al_2O_3 by adopting suitable slagging process and deoxidization process to obtain high basicity,high Al_2O_3 and strong reducibility of refining slag.The experimental technology not only improves the castability of steel but also reduces the manufacturing cost.
