摘要
本文以天钢信息化建设为背景,在分析钢铁企业生产特点以及面对当前市场竞争产销矛盾的基础上,阐述了炼钢--中厚板生产环节生产计划和作业计划的复杂性,详细介绍了信息化的实施过程,信息化环境下与手工环境下的业务变化,列举了系统实施过程中的特征参数。通过信息化的建设,实现了产销一体、管控衔接,解决了生产计划和作业计划等问题,取得了较好的效果。
Setting in the information construction of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd,this article expounds the complexity of scheduling and production planning of steel and plate on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of iron production enterprises and the contradiction between production and marketing.It also describes the process of information implementation as well as business changes between the information environment and manual environment.The goal of the integration of production and marketing and the convergence of management and control could come true based on the construction of information.It also solve the problems of production plan and scheduling.
