均匀化处理工艺对Thermo-Span合金力学性能的影响

摘要
Thermo-Span合金属于抗氧化性低膨胀高温合金,现已在国外先进航空发动机和火箭发动机获得应用。本文研究了不同均匀化处理工艺对Thermo-Span合金组织和性能的影响,结果表明,合金铸锭热加工前,相比于采用Laves相部分回溶的制度,采用Laves相完全回溶的均匀化处理能够获得Laves相更细小、分布更均匀的组织;但不论均匀化时间的长短都可以获得相同水平的拉伸和持久性能;为避免完全使Laves溶解制度带来的严重氧化等问题,可以选用使其部分溶解的均匀化制度。
Thermo-Span alloy is an oxidation resistant low thermal expansion superalloy,which has been used to fabricate components in gas turbine engine and rocket engine.In this study,the microstructure and mechanical properties of ThermoSpan alloy rolled bars made from ingots with varied homogenization schedules were investigated.It was found that compared with homogenization schedule with Laves phase partially dissolved,finer and more uniformly distributed Laves phase were produced in the alloy homogenized with Laves phase fully dissolved.However,no matter the homogenization time long or short,comparable tensile and stress rupture properties of Thermo-Span alloy were obtained.With respect to the severe oxidation happed during homogenization treatment with Laves phase fully dissolved,the homogenization schedule with Laves phase partially dissolved can be considered.
