中试规模亚硝气调节钚价态工艺研究

摘要
亚硝气调价工艺由钚价态调节与过量HNO_2脱除两部分组成。设计了氧化塔以及亚硝酸脱除塔并进行了调价工艺验证:当N_2O_4液体为还原剂总量的0.75~1.2倍(摩尔比)、停留时间为1~5 min、料液流量100 L/h时,1BP料液中还原剂的去除率达到99.9%以上,Pu(Ⅲ)(以Fe(Ⅱ)代替)的氧化率在99.9%以上;在空气流量为30~50 m~3/h,氧化后1BP料液流量100 L/h,脱除塔温度35~45℃的条件下,HNO_2脱除倍率能够达到13,HNO_2浓度能够降低到5×10~(-3)mol/L以下。
The technical of conditioning of IBP by nitrous gases(N_2O_4) was consisted of plutonium valance adjustion and the removal of HNO_2.The equipment of oxidation tower and HNO_2 removal tower were designed and the corresponding technical was validated.When the residence time of the 1 BP feed in oxidation tower was 1~5 minutes,the dosage of N_2O_4 was 0.75~1.2 times higher than that of the total reductants,and the flow rate of IBP feed was 100 L/h,more than 99.9% of reductants were oxidized,and the oxidation rate of Pu(Ⅲ),which was substituted by Fe(Ⅱ),was also higher than 99.9%;In the HNO_2 removal tower,when the flow rate of air and oxidized IBP feed was 30 ~50 m~3/h and 100 L/h,respectively.The removal rate of HNO_2 could be reached to 13,the concentration of HNO_2 could be reduced to below 5×10~(-3) mol/L.
