超临界CO_2/地层水体系中N80钢的腐蚀行为及缓蚀剂的作用效果

摘要
采用失重法和电化学法研究了超临界二氧化碳/地层水体系中N80钢的腐蚀行为和改性咪唑啉缓蚀剂的缓蚀作用。结果表明,40℃时,N80碳钢的腐蚀速率随着CO_2分压和搅拌速度的增大而增大。当体系中加入100 mg/L改性咪唑啉缓蚀剂,搅拌速度达到1 m/s时,CO_2压力由非超临界增加到超临界条件时,缓蚀效率由非超临界条件下的98.91%降低87.16%。咪唑啉属于阳离子型缓蚀剂,当压力达到超临界以上时,溶液中氢离子浓度增大,碳钢表面剩余正电荷增多,缓蚀剂在碳钢表面的吸附力作用减弱,随着搅拌速度增大,部分缓蚀剂受到流体剪切力作用而从碳钢表面脱附。
The inhibitive effect of a newly synthesized modified imidazoline inhibitor against N80 carbon steel was investigated in supercritical carbon dioxide/formation water system using weight-loss method and electrochemical techniques.The results show that the corrosion rate increased with the increase of the partial pressure of CO_2(PCO_2) and flow rate at 40℃.When the flow rate reached lm/s and 100 mg/L inhibitor was added,the inhibition efficiency decreased from 98.91%to 87.16%.Imidazoline inhibitor are cationic inhibitor and the concentration of hydrogen ion and surface residual positive charge will increase when the pressure is up to 7.38 MPa,thus the adsorption affinity of inhibitor will decrease.In this case,it is easier to be desorbed when the flow rate increases.In addition,some of the inhibitor will strip from the surface of carbon steel by the flow sheer stress.
