<正>A series of pillar[5]arene mono-thiourea derivatives with different alkylene chain bridge were conveniently synthesized by reaction of alkyl(aryl)isocyanide with pillar[5]arene monooxyacetoamide in refluxing ethanol.1H NMR spectra of pillar[5]arene thiourea derivatives in DMSO-d6 showed the characteristic signs of the bridging ethylene,propylene or butylene unit at the normal range of 1.00-4.00 ppm.This absorption pattern indicats that the alkylthopureadoalkylene scaffolds is in the cavity of pillar[5]arene.However,pillar[5]arene thiourea derivatives
