摘要
溶液燃烧法是一种简单、迅速、高效的制备过渡金属氧化物的绿色合成路线。本文以氯化铁、氯化钴、氯化镍为金属源,空气中的氧气为氧源,体积比为30:20的乙醇与乙二醇的混合溶液为溶剂,通过燃烧上述混合溶液成功地合成了Ni_xCo_(1-x)Fe_2O_4(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1)纳米材料。实验显示,所制得的Ni_xCo_(1-x)Fe_2O_4纳米晶对4-硝基苯酚的液相还原反应具有很好的催化作用。但x的取值能影响其催化性能,当x=0.6时,所得产物Ni_(0.6)Co_(0.4)Fe_2O_4具有最好的催化效果。
Solution-combusting method is a simple,quick and efficient green synthesis route for preparing transition metal oxides.In this paper,we employed ferric chloride,cobalt chloride and nickel chloride as the metal source,oxygen in the atmosphere as the oxygen source,and a mixture of ethanol and ethylene glycol with a volume ratio of 30/20 as the solvent,by burning the above solution successfully synthesized Ni_xCo_(1-x)Fe_2O_4(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1)nanocrystals.Experiment showed that the as-obtained products presented good catalytic activity toward the reduction of 4-NP.However,the value of x can affect the catalytic activity and when x=0.6,the product Ni_(0.6)Co_(0.4)Fe_2O_4 showed the best catalytic activity.
