Ka波段上下变频模块研究

本文介绍了一种宽带Ka波段上和下变频模块的设计及温度补偿技术。上下变频模块采用相同的本振频率,通过单环锁相环与二倍频获得22.7~26.7GHz的低相噪低噪声本振信号。上变频模块将2.3GHz±100MHz中频信号变频至25~29GHz的Ka波段,下变频模块将25~29GHz的Ka波段接收信号变频至2.3GHz±100MHz中频。通过优化设计和实验调试,完成的Ka波段上下变频模块满足了工程需要。
This paper introduces the design of a Ka band up and down converter module and temperature compensation technology. The upper and lower frequency conversion modules use the same local oscillator frequency to obtain 22.7~26.7GHz low phase noise low noise local oscillation signal through single ring phase locked loop and double frequency. The upconversion module converts the 2.3GHz±100MHz IF signal to the Ka-band of 25~29GHz, and the down-conversion module converts the 25~29GHz Ka-band received signal to 2.3GHz±100MHz IF. Through the optimization of design and experimental debugging, the completion of the Ka-band up and down conversion modules meet the engineering needs.
