摘要
在医院数据库信息容量不断膨胀的前提下,构建医学知识库是获取、储存、管理及应用数据资源的有效手段,从而达到对疾病的管理、控制和医疗研究的目的。由于本体可以解决医学临床用语的通用性和规范化难题,所以本体已成为医学知识库构建的通用工具。本文围绕基于本体构建医学知识库流程中的本体构建、规则构建、推理实现三大环节,分别综述各个环节中所涉及的关键技术和方法,并列举了用相关技术构建领域知识库的实例,以期探索构建医学领域知识库的最佳方法。
ion the premise of information capacity expanding of the database in hospitals,constructing medical knowledge base is an acquisition,storage,management and application of data resources,so as to achieve the management and control of the disease as well as the purpose of medical research.The ontology can solve the difficulties in versatility and standardization of clinical expressions,so the ontology has become a universal tool to construct medical knowledge base.Based on the process of constructing medical knowledge base by ontology,from building ontology,constructing diagnosis rules to implement inference,the thesis summarized the key technology and methods and list instances involved in each step to construct knowledge base.The purpose is to explore the best way to construct medical knowledge base.
