U型认知操作不完备下的生产-分销决策

摘要
研究U型认知操作不完备条件下的由制造商与分销商构成的生产-分销系统决策问题。基于认知学习与疲劳,提出了U型认知操作不完备的概念。依次建立了JIT供货策略下的制造商成本、分销商成本、集成决策下的生产-分销成本函数,给出了平均成本的求解算法。算例与敏感性分析表明,使得平均缺陷率最小的生产量并不会使得平均成本最小;随着经验指数的增大,缺陷率的降低带来成本的减少,但经验指数对缺陷率和成本的影响边际递减;需求的增加降低了产品的缺陷率但增加了成本;平均成本随生产率的增大呈现双曲线特征形式的减少。
Under the condition of incomplete U cognitive operation,we study the decision problem of production and distribution system which consisted by one manufacturer and one buyer.Based on cognitive learning and fatigue,the concept of incomplete cognitive operation of U is proposed.The manufacturer s cost,the retailer s cost,and integrated decision—making production cost function are established under the JIT supply strategy.The solution algorithm of the average cost is given.The numerical example and sensitivity analysis show that,the production output cannot minimize the average defect rate and the average cost at the same time;with increasing of experience index,the decreasing defect rate reduces the average cost,but effects of experience index on defect rate and cost marginally diminishing;As the demand increases,the defect rate decreases but the cost increases;With the increasing of productivity,the average cost shows a form of hyperbolic feature reduction.
